We Ship Worldwide
No matter where you live, we ship our amazing products all over the world. You can get your items delivered right to your doorstep. Our store ships to more than 200 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, and more.

Shipping Methods
We provide 3 methods for shipping:
- Free-Standard: 1-2 days for processing + 7 to 15 Business Days
- Charge-Expedited: 1-2 days for processing + 4 to 7 Business Days
Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Postal services are not infallible and there may be unexpected delays. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will do our best to ensure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
How Long Does It Take For An Order To Arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most of our school backpacks, costumes, hoodies & sweatshirts, and dresses are printed on demand. After you have placed your order, our production team will select a blank version of your chosen product, print your design, package, and ship your order within 5-8 business days. Extremely popular designs can cause a 1-2 week delay in printing. Once shipped, your order will arrive within a few days. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
Note: In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout.
Tracking Information
We will send you the tracking information via email. Fast shipping is available for selected products only for US orders, and it will take 3-6 days only.
Order Verification
Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo a verification process to ensure that we have valid and complete shipping information. If not, we will send an email to ask for more information so we can update the information on file. Please respond to the email promptly, otherwise, your order will be cancelled. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your order if the shipping information is incomplete. The verification process takes 5-7 days, after which we will send an email notice with your tracking number.
Multiple Items
If you ordered 2+ items but only received one, don't worry. We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once—they are on the way.
Order Confirmation
If you have not received any order confirmation details, it is likely that the email was entered incorrectly. We send 3-4 emails throughout the process, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Taxes and Duties
